About the Role

As a Functional Product Owner (FPO) for the Pricing Process you will play a key role in driving process excellence within the Lead to Agreement (LTA) framework. You will lead the design standardisation and optimisation of pricing processes to improve accuracy efficiency and user experience across products regions and stakeholder groups.

In this role you will help deliver multiyear LTA priorities by shaping and modernising pricing capabilities streamlining workflows ensuring integration across digital tools and guiding the development of pricing processes for products that have not yet been standardised. You will combine a strategic mindset with handson execution to drive measurable improvements in pricing performance and frontline adoption.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop standardise implement and optimise pricing processes that enhance accuracy consistency and efficiency across products and geographies.

  • Lead crossfunctional efforts to design build and deploy digital pricing tools ensuring smooth integration with existing and future systems.

  • Simplify and align pricing data across systems and teams supporting a unified and scalable pricing foundation.

  • Monitor pricing performance identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives that support business goals.

  • Identify and reduce process gaps across products and regions ensuring alignment with global standards and future-state pricing models.

  • Drive requirement gathering change management frontline engagement and adoption of new pricing tools and workflows.

  • Collaborate closely with commercial product data engineering and finance teams to ensure endtoend pricing process integration and effective use of data.

Who Were Looking For

We are looking for someone who brings a structured analytical approach to improving pricing processes and enjoys working across teams to deliver practical scalable solutions. You thrive in complex environments communicate clearly and build strong relationships to drive adoption and change.

  • Collaborative actionoriented problem solver with experience in pricing process design or project management.

  • Strong communicator able to translate complex topics into clear relatable narratives for diverse stakeholders.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity driving alignment across teams and influencing without authority.

  • Background in product or price management (ideally within logistics or freight forwarding) is a plus.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience improving processes or managing projects in structured environments such as pricing solution engineering product development or operations.

  • Ability to build trustbased relationships and work effectively with crossfunctional global teams.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and turn insights into practical process or tool improvements.

  • Familiarity with continuousimprovement tools and techniques (e.g. process mapping standardisation).

  • Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments with confidence making informed decisions and responding to change.
