Were continuing to grow globally and were looking for a Customer Care Operations Specialist who is passionate about improving customer experience and driving operational excellence.
About the role
In this role youll play a key part in shaping and improving the endtoend customer journey from order placement to fulfilment and support. Youll work closely with Customer Care Sales Logistics Finance and Technical Support teams around the world to streamline processes analyse customer data and drive continuous improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer operations service operations or commercial support who is ready to step into a global role with real impact.
What youll be doing
- Partner with regional Customer Care teams to identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities
- Analyse customer behaviour and pain points to support datadriven decision-making
- Maintain global SOPs operating models and governance frameworks
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support global rollouts
- Support ERP/CRM enhancements (requirements testing documentation)
- Develop training and enablement materials to support global standards
- Drive change management and ensure successful adoption across regions
What were looking for
- Bachelors degree in Business Operations Supply Chain Analytics or similar (or equivalent experience)
- 2 plus years in customer operations supply chain or commercial support
- Strong analytical skills with confidence in Excel; familiarity with ERP (D365/Oracle/SAP) and CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and crossfunctional collaboration skills
- Highly organised detaildriven adaptable and comfortable in a fastpaced environment
Nice to have: experience in biotech/life sciences process improvement methods or global logistics.
