We are looking for aDemand Plannerfor our Business UnitGasketed PlateHeatExchangers to be the key driver in capturing and managing the market demand signalsby which the organization aligns supply chain and company Planning is part ofour establishedS&OP process withseveralvarious stakeholders within the organizationand across our three business divisions. AsDemandPlanneryou will play a vital role in the success of our business.
Key responsibilities for this role entail:
Drive and develop the monthly Demand Planning process.
As part of the global S&OP teamworkclosely with the different stakeholders of the S&OP process (Sales Supply Chain Product Management Local Planners etc.) to understanddrivers behind product and demand planning.
Analyze and challenge Sales and Product Management forecastsidentifydemand trends and drive actions for improving forecast accuracyandreducebias.
Manage forecast consensus activities to support the companys businessobjectivesby reconciling top-down strategic forecasts with bottom-upinputfromcentralregionalandlocal teams.
Track andanalyzeglobal sales performance to identify market trends opportunitiesidentifyinggapsand areas for improvement.
Contribute tostrategies and initiatives aimed atoptimizinginventory levels whilemaintainingservice level targets and cost efficiency.
Act as a bridge andfacilitatethe dialogue to ensure alignment between Sales and Operations and supportthe organization in all stages of the Demand Planning process.
Contribute actively to portfolio planning S&OP governance performance management and planning capability development across the organization.
Provide reports and insights to supportthe S&OPprocessdecision makingwithin the organization.
The position is based in Lund Sweden and you will report to the Business Controller in BU GPHE. This role requires up to30 daysof internationaltravelper year.

You are bothstrategicand detail orientedyou have a clear interest in understanding the businessand youcanseekrelevant information and use that input for bringing resultsand claritytothe organization.
You have a high degree of energy and resilience; you like to challenge and inspire peopleand change management is part of your day.Youhavetheability tobuild a strong network and trust with different keystakeholdersand you have very strong communication skills in both verbal and written form.
What you know
You have abachelors degree in Supply Chain management Business Economics or a related fieldand you have several years of experience from working with planning analyzingdataandidentifyingtrends. You have a strong strategy and business understanding toanticipateand respond to stakeholders needs with relevant solutions. You have advanced Microsoft Office skills and you have worked with demand planning software (e.g.SO99) and other statistical analysis tools. You are comfortable exploringnew solutionsand driving continuous improvements and initiatives in an international environment.
