Youll be a part of our Talent Acquisition team (TA) specifically hiring experienced talent across Legal and Corporate Services. If you enjoy building relationships with internal clients having autonomy in your work and finding talent directly in a competitive market wed love to hear from you.
As a Consultant in our TA team you will be responsible for:
Direct sourcing and attraction: finding hard-to-find candidates through a variety of direct sourcing methods including writing and placing job adverts market mapping and undertaking search.
Stakeholder management:Direct support and collaboration with our Partners and senior leaders you will be skilled at partnering with a diverse range of senior stakeholders.
Proactively collaborating: Getting involved in projects across our wider People & Development team and working with others to improves ways or working.
Assessment and selection: supporting clients to assess and select the best candidates for our roles - taking into accountinclusion & diversity ethos.
Market intelligence: staying abreast of local and international recruitment trends and resourcing practices sharing this intel and adapting direct resourcing strategies accordingly.
Process Project management: Planning ahead and understanding how your work contributes to the team and firm strategy.
This role can be based in our Brisbane Melbourne or Sydney offices and is a permanent full-time opportunity. At Allens we have a hybrid working structure typically 60% in the office and 40% from home. We would be happy to discuss any other flexible working arrangements that best support you.
About you
You will have:
Experience recruiting ideally within a large organisations TA team or external recruitment agency
End-to-end recruitment experiencewith the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment
A collaborative and creative mindset and a desire to work in a team where everyone leads by example supports each other and shares ideas
The ability to manage a busy recruitment desk autonomously take ownership of your stakeholders and get great results
A passion for delivering an exceptional and consistent experience to our candidates and clients both internally and externally
Knowledge of and experience implementing best practice sourcing and recruitment methodologies to build talent pools
Strong client and stakeholder management skills experience working with a diverse range of people and excellent influencing capabilities
An ability to establish a professional profile with both external and internal networks
A desire to learn grow network and mentor others
