Job Summary

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the growth of Honeywell Building Management System BMS across Egypt & Libya.
  • Lead commercial activities through a network of partners through strong reach to the market stakeholders and decision makers from end users consultants & contractors.
  • Drive sustainable business growth with the partners according to the 1BA STRAP approach.
  • Proactively monitor sales performance negotiate contracts and implement initiatives to maximize revenue in alignment with predefined business targets.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and coordinate responsive strategies in collaboration with the Africa Business Leader.
  • Continuously assess market dynamics customer needs and product positioning to inform pricing service offerings and go-to-market strategies.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or a related technical field. (Female/Male)
  • 79 years of proven experience in Account Management with a strong relation to contractors consultants and end users.
  • Experience in BMS HVAC Control solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM systems particularly Salesforce.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships with agility and professionalism.
  • Strong team collaboration skills with a proactive and self-driven approach to achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation capabilities.
