The Role

Were seeking a blowout stylist who knows how to make hair look effortlessly polished full of movement and Instagram-ready. Your mission: create hair moments that leave every guest feeling confident vibrant and eager to return.

In this role you will:

Deliver blowouts that aremeticulous precise and tailoredto each guests style and personality.
Build meaningful connections with guests creating a friendly approachable and memorable experience.
Collaborate with your team to maintain astylish clean and welcoming environment.
Stay innovative and trend-forwardbringing innew techniques tools and styling inspirationto elevate the guest experience.
Contribute to ongoing education and skill development through Hedkandi Academy and in-house workshops.
