Description

You will report directly to our Sr Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor and youll work out of our Woburn MA location with an onsite work schedule.

In this role you will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and systems that drive our success.

  • Support manufacturing processes by troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of manufacturing systems and processes.
  • Lead and support calibration and preventative maintenance of production and test equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure efficient production operations and quality standards


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • At least three (3) years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Experience with CAD software and manufacturing systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving techniques.

WE VALUE

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and practices.

FAA REQUIREMENTS

All applicants for placement in DOT/FAA safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test testing for Marijuana Cocaine Amphetamines (amphetamine methamphetamine MDMA MDA) Phencyclidine (PCP) and Opioids (codeine heroin morphine oxycodone oxymorphone hydrocodone hydromorphone). The DOT/FAA regulations require all employees regular and temporary in safety-sensitive positions to be included in the Honeywell Anti-drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan.
