Customer Service and Event Coordinator Full Time Madison WI
Wage: $25.00/Hour

What Your Day May Look Like
- Responsible for ordering of items and assisting with setup for client events.
- Work with client representatives in coordination and scheduling of events.
- Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
- Respond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectively.
- Maintain detailed reports incident documentation and daily activity logs.
- Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times.

Position Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3 years of experience in operations hospitality or security preferred.
- Proficient in computer and technology use.
- Strong verbal / written communication reporting and organization skills.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Must have great multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Able to remain alert and detail-oriented throughout the shift.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas pre-employment screen process including drug screen and background investigation.
