Job Description & Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power BI SQL SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) Microsoft Power Platform and data modeling coupled with excellent problemsolving abilities. This role requires a professional who can work closely with crossfunctional teams to analyze model and visualize data helping drive strategic decisions for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
Perform data modeling and create data architectures to support reporting needs.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.
Utilize SSAS for advanced data analysis cube creation and multidimensional data modeling.
Leverage Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI) for business process automation and data integration.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets identifying trends patterns and insights to inform decisionmaking.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and solve datarelated issues ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Stay uptodate with the latest Power BI SQL SSAS Power Platform and data management best practices.

Qualifications:

35 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Power BI SQL SSAS Microsoft Power Platform and data modeling.
Proven experience in creating and managing Power BI dashboards and data visualizations.
Strong proficiency in SQL with experience in writing complex queries and working with relational databases.
Handson experience with SSAS including building cubes and multidimensional data models.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Solid understanding of data modeling techniques and best practices.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work with large and complex data sets.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Experience in working with crossfunctional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
