Job Summary
Our client is a European market leading specialist scaffolding contractor. They specialise in the installation of Scaffolding & Mast Climbers to Tier 1 contractors globally.
Arabic Speakers are preferred.
Due to recent contracts been awarded in the Kingdom we are looking to hire an experienced Operations Manager to head up the KSA team. This is a senior position within the company reporting into the Regional Director in the UK.

Your responsibilities shall be:
- The growth of the business in KSA MUST be sales orientated
- Establish maintain and lead business relationships with key clients
- Build rapport & trust with our clients in order to generate revenue
- Long term vision
- Assist clients with the installation process offering a mentor service
- Networking
- Established in the Kingdom no newcomers
- Scaffolding biast
- Proven track record in the construction market in KSA
- Civil Engineering background/technically astute
- Arabic speaker is desired although open.
- Must be able to travel around the Kingdom & be flexible given where the client is
- Sub contractor background would be extremely advantageous
