- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
- 3 years of experience in ERP support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.

- Experience with system upgrades and maintenance.
- Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
