Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Zoho Developer to join our team. As a Zoho Developer at Pinerium you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing customized Zoho applications and solutions to meet our clients business needs. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams and clients to gather requirements build scalable solutions and provide ongoing support. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into Zoho application specifications.
- Design develop and customize Zoho applications using Deluge scripting Zoho Creator Zoho CRM Zoho Desk and other relevant platforms.
- Build and implement Zoho workflows automations and integrations with thirdparty systems to streamline business processes.
- Perform data migration from legacy systems to Zoho applications while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct thorough testing of developed applications to identify and fix any bugs or issues.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed Zoho applications including troubleshooting bug fixing and enhancements working closely with the support team to resolve customerrelated issues.
- Stay uptodate with the latest Zoho platform updates features and best practices and proactively suggest improvements to existing systems.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Account managers Zoho implementation Zoho Support and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Document detailed technical specifications user guides and other relevant documentation for developed applications.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to development standards.
- Identify areas of improvement within the Zoho platform and suggest enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and maintain code quality.
- Stay updated with the latest Zoho product releases and updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Zoho developer or similar role.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Zoho development tools including Deluge scripting Zoho Creator Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk etc.
- Proficient in web technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and RESTful APIs.
- Experience in building custom modules reports and dashboards within Zoho applications.
- Familiarity with Zoho integration tools and techniques including APIs webhooks and data synchronization.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL queries.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with new technologies and trends in Zoho development.
- Zoho Developer certifications (such as Zoho Creator Certified Developer) are a plus.
- Familiarity with project management principles and experience working in a teamoriented collaborative environment.
- Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
