Job Title: AudioVisual (AV) and Low Voltage Technician
Location: Kuwait
Experience Required: 23 Years
Age Limit: 20 to 35 Years
Working Hours: 10 hours/day 6 days/week (Public holidays as per Kuwait labor laws)
Annual Leave: 30 days of paid leave after 1 year of service
Job Overview:
As an AudioVisual (AV) and Low Voltage Technician you will be responsible for installing maintaining and troubleshooting AV systems and lowvoltage wiring. Your expertise will be used across various settings from home theaters and corporate offices to security and networking infrastructure. The role requires a combination of technical skills problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Setup:
- Install and configure AV equipment such as sound systems projectors video conferencing setups and smart home technology.
- Run terminate and manage lowvoltage wiring for AV systems security setups and network infrastructure.
- Ensure all installed equipment is neatly organized safely secured and fully operational.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Conduct routine maintenance on AV and lowvoltage systems to optimize performance.
- Diagnose and repair issues related to wiring software and hardware malfunctions.
- Test and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Client Interaction & Support:
- Understand client requirements and provide technical recommendations.
- Demonstrate and train users on how to operate installed AV systems.
- Offer professional advice to enhance customer experience.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with project managers designers and fellow technicians to deliver integrated solutions.
- Maintain clear documentation of installations repairs and maintenance activities.
- Share technical expertise and contribute to the teams knowledge base.
Safety & Compliance:
- Adhere to safety regulations industry standards and local codes.
- Maintain a hazardfree work environment and use appropriate safety gear.
Continuous Learning & Development:
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AV and lowvoltage technology.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Diploma or equivalent (Technical training or certifications in AV systems lowvoltage technology or a related field is a plus).
