We are hiring a Used Car Supervisor for a reputable automotive client in Qatar. The role requires prior experience managing used car operations and supervising teams with a preference for candidates currently available in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the used car department.
- Manage the buying pricing and sales process for used cars.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Ensure all vehicles meet quality and regulatory standards.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in used car sales and supervision.
- Strong knowledge of automotive market trends.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must be locally available in Qatar.
- Valid driving license is a plus.
