Business Development Executive
Job Summary
A Bahrainbased branding and design agency that combine deep regional knowledge with strategic expertise to provide a comprehensive range of services like branding marketing and advertising. They are currently looking for Business Development Executive to be based in Bahrain
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our services and offerings.
- Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients through various channels.
- Attend industry events conferences and networking opportunities to generate leads.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients offering insights and recommendations.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotional materials.
- Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Track and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback.
- Continuously improve sales processes and techniques to maximize efficiency.
- Keep abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and market developments.
- Attend relevant workshops seminars and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Share industry insights and knowledge with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Work closely with the design and creative teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide feedback and insights from clients to internal teams for continuous improvement.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in communications Marketing Business New Media or Public Relations.
- Proven experience working in Business Development with creative agencies/advertising agencies/printing presses/designing firms.
- Strong understanding of branding and design principles and their application in business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Proactive and selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Must speak both Arabic & English languages.
