About the role
We are seeking an accomplished healthcare executive to lead Calvary Adelaide Hospital a state-of-the-art tertiary private facility and the largest private hospital in South Australia.
Specialising in acute medical and surgical care and are one of South Australias largest providers of orthopaedic cardiac and neurosurgical services. The hospital is the only private provider of 24/7 accident and emergency care.
Reporting to the Regional Chief Operating Officer (Hospitals SA NT & QLD) and working closely with the Executives you will bring to the role significant experience in strategic and operational management in an acute health care facility with strong stakeholder engagement financial management and business acumen.
As the accountable executive for overall hospital performance you will lead strategy execution financial sustainability service innovation and clinical excellence.
As a strong people leader you will build a high performing leadership team who fosters and develops an engaged workforce and positive culture. You are an innovative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on growth and sustainability.
