Job Description
As a Security Officer - Act 235 Full Time in Hatboro PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to visitors and personnel at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
- Control access by verifying identification and authorizations issuing visitor credentials and documenting entries and exits in accordance with post orders.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including coordinating notifications to site leadership and/or public emergency services when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings grounds and perimeter areas checking doors gates restricted areas and security-related equipment for unusual conditions.
- Complete detailed reports of incidents patrol activity and observations and communicate key information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Maintain Act 235 qualification for Pennsylvania only.
- 1 Years Armed Security/Law Enforcement/Military Experience (C110)
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws. Allied Universalwill consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry specific security/safety training programs
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
*A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only
