Make a real difference in womens health! As a Medical Assistant in our OB/GYN practice youll be a vital part of the care teamsupporting one of our busy OB/GYNs assisting with rooming patients injections POC testing and procedures and ensuring every patient feels comfortable and cared for. Youll handle clinical tasks maintain accurate documentation and keep daily operations running smoothly.

This role combines hands-on patient care with administrative support all within a compassionate fast-paced environment. If youre detail-oriented patient-focused and passionate about womens health wed love to have you on our team!

Schedule: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

We are seeking a friendly and dependableMedical Assistantto join our busy OB/GYN clinic. Thisrole is essential to our patient experience and includes:

  • Vitals

  • Medication Reconciliation

  • Patient Medical History Documentation

  • Specimen Collection and preparation

  • Procedure set-up

  • Advanced Standard Rooming including: mammography ordering

  • Injection administration

Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training.

Certification(s): BLS (Basic Life Support)

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.

Experience: One year of experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting.

Skills Knowledge Abilities:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation.

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Approach each day with a positive attitude

Knowledge of common outpatient procedures and equipment.

Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth.

Demonstrates knowledge of varying differences and behaviors among populations served.
