Now were looking for a Bid and Sales Analyst to join our passionate team and help us shape the future of food and beverages. You will be based in Solna Sweden and report to the Country Manager for Paulig PRO and be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe.

Your role in the blend

As Bid and Sales Analyst you will become a key function for Paulig PROs (Foodservice) continued growth. You will be responsible for the analysis to enable strategic tactical and operational work and to ensure that we measure follow up and use sales data that supports our business with wholesalers restaurants and chain customers and public your role as Sales Analyst you will work broadly with many points of contact both internally and externally with great opportunity to make an impact.

In this role you will:

  • Maximize sustainable short- and long-term sales and profitability with relevant customers.
  • Lead the tendering process at a strategic & operational level including; analyzing public tenders recommending tenders & levels and enabling winning bids and follow-up
  • Lead the POS data analysis by creating a structure in Power BI for all external data that enables regular follow-up by customer segment and customer
  • Lead customer margin analysis discounts and trade terms opportunities to commercialize business opportunities at customer level in order for the KAM team to maximize the business. Ensure that we follow Paulig pricing guidelines
  • Lead the Trade terms process implementation in market and establish detailed follow-up on customer level.

Your key ingredients

We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills who approaches challenges and tasks in a purposeful structured and business-focused way. You are driven and motivated by conducting analyses interpreting trends and tendencies and have a high professional pride where you dare to challenge the sales organization from your unique perspective. You can see both details and the big picture and can switch between these perspectives. You appreciate collaborating and interacting with people at different levels within an organization and you create and maintain good relationships.

Since our business is dynamic and expanding you need to have a flexible attitude and be motivated by this environment. As you work both independently and in teams we expect that you plan and prioritize your work as well as manage projects and drive both yourself and others.

To succeed in this role you likely have:

  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Fluent in local language and English
  • Strong analytical skills data-driven and strategic thinking
  • Strong excel skills are needed and it is an advantage if you have knowledge in creating reports in PowerBi
  • Commercially driven with highly developed interpersonal skills who can make an impact and drive improvement in the performance of others
  • Project management skills
  • Strong in presentation communication and inter-personal skills.

Experience of having worked as business controller is an advantage. Knowledge of public procurement and strategic tendering process is an advantage.
