People Operations Analyst
Hybrid: For this position it is required to be on site 3x/week.
Location: Alvear - Rosario
What you will do (responsibilities):
Execute and monitor onboarding and offboarding processes for assigned countries ensuring all steps and documentation are completed on time (ARCA altas y bajas certificaciones onboarding kit).
Manage the employee documentation lifecycle.
Contribute to process standardization and digitalization initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records in Workday and related systems ensuring high data quality and timely updates.
Prepare validate and submit payroll inputs (vacations variable pay among others).
Support training logistics for assigned countries.
Support documentation requirements for expatriate employees.
Collaborate with the extended HR team and ensure clear concise communication across all levels of the organization regarding HR policies procedures and initiatives.
Demonstrate strong communication skills ensuring effective and tailored messaging.
Apply resourcefulness to solve operational challenges and propose innovative improvements.
Participate in the analysis and optimization of HR processes employing a continuous improvement mindset.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through strong relationships with employees and leaders.
Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Accounting Industrial Engineering or related fields.
2 years of experience in HR Operations / People Services / Shared Services preferably in a multinational environment.
Knowledge of local labor and social security regulations for Argentina.
Demonstrated ability to apply commercial acumen in HR understanding the business impact of operational decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to various audiences.
Proven learning agility with the ability to quickly adapt to new processes technologies and organizational changes.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven recommendations.
Advanced English proficiency.
What can give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
Experience supporting HR processes for Uruguay and/or Paraguay.
Prior experience in multinational Shared Services or People Operations environments.
Knowledge of Portuguese.
Experience working with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
Background in process improvement standardization or digital transformation initiatives.
