Job Summary

Titan Technologies LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced self-directed PC Technician to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) III contract. As a member of our team you will help to assist USSOCOM Service Component Commands Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC) and deployed forces in the delivery of a full spectrum of Information Technology (IT) services to operate and maintain information flow communications and connectivity globally.

Job description

The Senior PC Technician must have excellent problem-solving and customer service skills as well as extensive experience with desktop hardware software applications operating systems and network connectivity. This position must be customer service-oriented and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems while maximizing efficient use of computing resources. The PC Technician may be required to provision and maintain mobile devices (NIPR SIPR and Gray). PC Technicians shall provide system and network infrastructure services to operate maintain monitor defend and manage hardware software MAN routing and switching infrastructures including network hardware and software.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and proactively resolve technical issues
  • Provide technical problem solving for customer support of database
  • Install configure and maintain desktop and laptop PCs mobile devices and peripherals such as printers
  • Install and configure application and operating system software and upgrades
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware and network connectivity issues
  • Remove old equipment and perform data migration to new machines
  • Maintain an inventory of installed software managing software licensing and creating policies and procedures for upgrades
  • Work with hardware and software vendors to verify timely product delivery and ensure that new equipment is installed and ready to operate on schedule
  • Analyze and make recommendations for hardware and software standardization

You MUST have:

  • A DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level is required.
  • DoDD 8570 01-M IAT II.
  • 3 years of previous experience working as a PC Tech or Help Desk.
  • Experience with trouble shooting and responding to requests and provide recommendations for technical support

Its GREAT if you also have:

  • Ability to work after core duty hours of 0600-1800 holidays and weekends
  • Familiarity with secure communications environments and DoD/USSOCOM infrastructure.
  • Experience with VoIP telephony services (e.g. extension mobility provisioning secure keying).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment.
  • Experience with Windows OS O365 suite of applications basic multimedia systems multi-functional devices and mobile devices.
  • Experience in hardware and software installation configuration and troubleshooting along with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Experience with active directory security group management exchange distribution lists and file share permission assignment.

Education:

  • High School Diploma with 12 years of experience OR AA 10 yrs of experience OR BS 8 years of experience OR MS 6 years of experience OR PhD 3 yrs of experience
