About your work
Reporting to the People Director you will support leaders across the business with complex People queries building strong relationships and ensuring departmental people strategies align with our commercial goals. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people used to business partnering at a senior level and understands the complexities that come with operating in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leaders to translate business goals into people strategies that drive commercial success
Act as the direct line manager and mentor for the Junior People Partner identifying stretch opportunities and delegating operational tasks to facilitate their growth
Leading on high-impact organisational development and workforce planning projects to ensure LendInvest remains lean and agile
Owning the resolution of complex employee relations cases providing a final point of escalation and ensuring legal/regulatory compliance
Ensuring consistency of style approach and results throughout all departments of LendInvest.
Contributing to People projects to enhance our employee engagement people processes and HR systems
About you
Previous experience operating at HR Business Partner or Senior HR Business Partner level
Sophisticated stakeholder partnering skills with the ability to navigate a fast-paced tech-enabled environment
Ability to make firm evidence-based decisions under pressure whilst maintaining empathy
Proven ability to manage and develop junior HR talent
Deep understanding of the UK fintech landscape and the impact of people metrics on EBITDA and growth
CIPD (Level 7) or equivalent extensive experience in a senior-level Business Partner capacity
