En tant quétudiante ou étudiant embauché pour la saison estivale faire des suivis auprès de nos clients pour lobtention de documents pour compléter diverses étapes dans le dossier. Vous devrez faire des entrées de données pour lavancement de chaque étape dun dossier. Vous devrez aider à louverture du courrier. Vous gérerez certaines communications avec nos partenaires soit par téléphone pour par courriel et offrirez un service à la clientèle exceptionnel. En travaillant avec plusieurs services internes vous vous assurerez que les clients reçoivent toujours le meilleur service possible.
As a student hired for the summer season you will follow up with our clients to obtain the documents required to complete various steps in their files. You will be responsible for entering data to track the progress of each stage of a file. You will also assist with opening mail. You will handle certain communications with our partners either by phone or by email and provide exceptional customer service. By working with several internal departments you will ensure that clients always receive the best service possible.
Total Direct Compensation:
17.50-22.50 per hour/ payé à lheureAny pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g. base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances where applicable)
