About the Role
This strategic role leads the financial integrity and performance ofourmanufacturing site.You will own the supply chain P&L developing forecasts and annual budgets to ensure financial targets are met. Partnering closely withstakeholdersyoullprovidestrategic financial guidanceidentifyrisks and opportunities ensure data accuracy and champion a safetyand quality-first mindset.
How you will contribute
Ensure the site consistently hits financial targets including net productivitycommitments.
Manage the day-to-day supply chain P&L to meet monthly and yearly budgets.
Play a pivotal role in the financecomponentof planning reporting and forecasting for Central Supply Chain.
Support monthly forecasts and annual plan submissions.
Report and flag financial riskandopportunities to senior stakeholders.
Provide proactive solutions to addressidentifiedrisks and opportunities.
Act as an owner of the sites financial performance.
Partner with key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and the productivity agenda.
Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment within the scope of responsibility.
Maintain full compliance with company policies.
Ensure safety considerations are integrated as a primary factor in all financial and operational decisions.
What you will bring
Extensive experience in a similar financial leadership role within the FMCG or manufacturing sector to drive robust financial planning.
Strongbusiness acumen and influencing skills to partner effectively with leadership.
Ability totranslatefinancial insights into actionable strategies that drive operational efficiency and achieve businessobjectives.
Strongstakeholder management skills andabilityto navigate complex organisational dynamics.
CPA/CIMA/CA preferredqualification.
