- Communicate with brokers and internal teams to clarify and confirm details both written and on the phone.
- Assist with policy updates renewals and administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal standards
- Support underwriters with day-to-day operations and client servicing
- Contribute to a collaborative and respectful team environment
- May be required to attend trade shows
Qualifications- High school diploma required; post-secondary or insurance fundamentals preferred
- No license required start but we do require you to obtain your Level 1 license within the first 18 months (When you achieve this there is a salary increase)
- Prior insurance or administrative experience is an asset
- Comfortable with MS Office and EPIC experience is an asset.
