Responsibilities
Seeking Therapy Supervisor for large multi-disciplinary clinic. Candidate would join leadership team that includes CM and other Therapy Supervisor with eventual addition of two PSS Leads. A successful candidate in those role has excellent communication skills can have difficult conversations is a great team player is proactive in solving problems and wants to create a positive team culture rooted in excellent patient outcomes and employee satisfaction. Candidate would be expected to treat a patient caseload with administrative time built in but exact hours to be determined by Center Manager.
Qualifications
Valid State License in Physical Therapy required.
Masters Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy required.
Certified BLS required.
