Position Responsibilities
- Lead overall program execution governance cadence and stakeholder management.
- Manage transition-in activities knowledge transfer and continuity risk controls.
- Own deliverables management (daily/weekly/monthly reporting plans schedules).
- Oversee staffing shift coverage strategy surge planning and key-person risk mitigation.
- Coordinate across SOC operations incident response vulnerability management hunting and specialized support areas.
- Drive performance measurement (KPIs/SLAs) corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Manage financial controls and reporting (labor travel burn rate variance explanations).
- Maintain a program risk register and run a consistent risk burn-down rhythm.
Position Qualifications
- Experience managing IT programs
- Active PMP
- Bachelors 10 years project/program management (7 security-related) OR Masters (security/business) 7 years project/program management (5 security-related)
- Industry certification related to security and/or incident response (e.g. CEH GIAC)
- Active Secret clearance may be required
- Top Secret/SCI eligible
- Ability to work well with others and demonstrate strong communication skills
