Main Responsibilities & Duties:
Perform activities with strong organization and control ensuring efficient completion of tasks and support for operational success
Provide support to analysts and managers across various departments such as Finance Accounting Procurement among others and helping them meet their goals and deliver results.
Manage daily office operations including overseeing office supplies coordinating meetings and maintaining an organized and efficient working environment.
Act as the point of contact for office inquiries ensuring smooth communication across departments and providing necessary administrative support.
Assist in the preparation and management of:
- Office budgets
- Financial reports.
- Processing bank payments
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Invoices
Stay informed about laws regulations and policies related to occupational risk prevention and environmental management.
Promote safe and sustainable work practices in the workplace by ensuring compliance with relevant health safety and environmental regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Finance Accounting or related fields
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
- Additional languages such as Spanish Portuguese or French are considered a plus.
- Strong computer skills particularly in Microsoft Office (Windows Word Excel PowerPoint Internet).
- Ability to perform tasks requested by immediate managers or analysts.
- Previous experience in Construction is desirable.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple demands.
- Desire to work with different cultures.
