Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience
5 years of experience in product ownership or product management roles
Proven experience in a Technical Product Owner role
Strong experience working directly with external stakeholders and cross-company teams
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and scaled Agile environments
Required Technical Expertise
Experience working with enterprise customers or system integrators
Background in platform infrastructure or developer-focused products preferably Java / Spring Boot ecosystem and microservices architecture
Agile certifications (CSPO SAFe POPM SPC)
Experience with security compliance or regulated environments
Leadership & Communication Skills
Excellent ability to lead technical and product discussions with senior external stakeholders
Strong negotiation and expectation management skills
Ability to translate complex technical constraints into clear business-level explanations
Confident decision-maker with a strategic mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
