We are looking for a UX Designer with a collaborative spirit to work with product management SW development and business stakeholders to provide design and user experience direction and leadership. This role requires a strong interest innew technologyand a passion for providing the best customer experience possible. The ideal candidate must be familiar with Agile software development and comfortable creating clear and well-formed use cases for development teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Create early-stage concepts/sketches/user flows to quickly test hypotheses and de-riskassumptions

  • Create high-fidelitymockupsandprototypes

  • Leverage research findings and incorporate design workshop outcomes into designproposals

  • Propose and negotiate improvements to the user experience with product managers developers and businessstakeholders

  • Collaborate with other product designers researchers and UXstrategists

  • Create clear and well-formed use cases to solve aproblem

  • Must be capable of understanding and using a UI framework and contribute to itsimprovement

  • Document UX/UIbehaviors

  • Hand-off UImockupsto front-end developers and review front-endimplementation

  • Advocate for the customer and the use of research and design thinking practices throughout the designprocess

Requirements:

  • Batchelors Degree in Human-Computer Interaction UX Design Graphic Design Interaction Design Product Design or Media / Marketing

  • Proven understanding of UX concepts UI Design & information Architecture

  • Experience of working with design tools- Figma Adobe Sketch InVision Miro

A great UX Designer Intern will have the following:

  • A portfolio showcasing UX projects

  • Case Studies demonstrating problem definition user research Wireframes & Prototypes

  • Experience with Usability testing & final design decisions
