Job Summary
Role Overview
The Assistant / Deputy Manager Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for the manufacturing plant focusing on blue-collar (60%) and white-collar (40%) hiring. The role includes manpower planning vendor management recruitment drives and ensuring hiring processes align with organizational policies and compliance standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles across the manufacturing plant.

Execute hiring strategies aligned with business and manpower requirements.

Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and position approvals.
Campus & Local Hiring Drives

Plan and conduct campus recruitment programs at technical institutes and colleges.

Organize local hiring drives for shop-floor workforce requirements.
Vendor & Contractor Management

Manage relationships with recruitment vendors manpower contractors and staffing agencies.

Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.
Manpower Planning

Support annual and quarterly manpower planning aligned with plant expansion and production requirements.

Maintain workforce data and hiring projections.
Compliance & Policies

Ensure recruitment processes follow organizational policies labor laws and compliance standards.

Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records.
MIS & Reporting

Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS reports hiring trackers and workforce analytics.

Provide regular updates to HR leadership and plant management.

Strong experience in manufacturing / engineering / automotive industry recruitment

Expertise in blue-collar hiring and shop-floor workforce management

Vendor and contractor management

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience in campus hiring and bulk recruitment drives

Strong MIS reporting and recruitment analytics
Candidates with experience in Automotive Engineering or Manufacturing Plants will be highly preferred.
