Job Summary:

Lebanon Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join the team for a 17-week contract assignment. The LNA will assist nursing staff in providing high-quality care to residents while maintaining a safe supportive and compassionate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing dressing grooming and mobility
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Monitor residents and report any changes in condition to the nursing team
Help with turning repositioning and transferring residents to ensure comfort and prevent injuries
Take and record vital signs as required
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and observations
Support residents with meals hydration and personal hygiene
Maintain clean and safe patient environments
Follow all facility policies infection control procedures and safety guidelines
Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare staff to provide quality care

Requirements:

Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification
Previous experience in long-term care rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility preferred
BLS required
