Job Summary

A reputable organization is seeking a dedicated and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Arizona. This is a part-time position leading to full-time offering flexibility competitive pay and a supportive work environment.

As a BCBA you will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments developing individualized treatment plans and supporting clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to achieve meaningful progress.

Position Details:

  • Location: Arizona (Hybrid)

  • Job Type: Part-Time leading to full-time

  • Hours: 10 35 billable hours per week

  • Compensation: $90 $100 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Monitor and analyze data to guide treatment decisions

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Collaborate with families and team members

  • Supervise and support behavior technicians

  • Provide parent education and training

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential

  • Active Arizona license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Residence address in Arizona

  • At least 1 year of experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Compassionate and client-focused approach

Work Setting:

  • Hybrid (in-clinic in-home and remote work)
