Bravo Nissan Baytown is actively hiring motivated professionals for a modern automotive sales role that combines in-store sales internet sales and social media engagement. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career in a high-volume dealership environment with strong training and earning potential.

Whether you have automotive experience or are completely new to the car business we are looking for individuals who are driven coachable and ready to learn a proven system.

Income Potential:
$75000 $150000 per year average for motivated performers.

Compensation Guarantee:
New hires receive a $4000 per month guaranteed salary during the initial training and ramp-up period while learning the system.

Sales experience is helpful but not required

Candidates from automotive RV powersports retail sales or other industries are welcome

MANDATORY TRAINING PROGRAM

All new hires must attend and complete the dealership training program.

Training Dates:
Monday March 30 through Friday April 3

Training Schedule:
9:00 AM 4:00 PM daily

Requirements:

Full attendance is mandatory

No late arrivals or early departures

All participants must complete the entire program and graduate on Friday

Training is structured and professionally led.

After completion employees will continue training through Nissan University online certification programs.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist customers in person and online throughout the vehicle purchasing process

Handle internet leads phone calls and follow-up communications

Create and participate in short-form social media and digital marketing content

Represent the dealership professionally in all customer interactions

Follow dealership sales processes and customer engagement procedures

Maintain strong product knowledge and participate in ongoing training

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT POLICY

As a condition of employment:

Any photos videos or digital content created during employment or in connection with job duties are the property of the dealership and affiliated partners

Content may be used for advertising marketing promotional or training purposes

Content ownership may not be contested

Policies comply with applicable state and federal employment laws

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent

Completely clean background required (7-year background check conducted)

Valid drivers license with a clean driving history for a minimum of 3 years

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Comfortable appearing on camera for marketing or social media content

Ability to work a flexible schedule

Must be reliable coachable and motivated to succeed

INTERVIEW PROCESS

Zoom interviews are conducted Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
