Job Summary

Title: Patient Service Coordinator

Location: San Francisco CA

Duration: 4 month contract with possible extension

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

Experience needed:

  • Excellent customer service excellent communication skills patient phone call management patient scheduling front desk & back desk administrative office work MS word excel outlook experience.
  • Preferably prior experience in a Physical Therapy clinic.

Duties:

  • Scheduling patients for Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy.
  • Collects copays and prepares cash check and credit card transactions for delivery to Cashier in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Keeps accurate log of all transactions.
  • Supports Office Coordinator with insurance authorization authorization tracking and communication with therapists and patients regarding insurance requirements and limitations.
