Job Summary

Responsibilities And Duties

Install maintain and repair electrical equipment and systems up to 480V.
Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters ohm meters and other diagnostic tools.
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on motors drives and MCCs.
Troubleshoot and repair VFDs and motor control circuits.
Install calibrate and maintain instrumentation.
Perform loop checks instrument calibrations and verification of control system functionality.

Education And Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an I&E technician controls technician automation technician or similar role.
Experience working with industrial PLCs HMIs sensors and instrumentation.
Proficiency with multimeters and diagnostic tools.
Familiarity with CMMS systems and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
Experience with industrial communication protocols preferred.
Experience with robotics preferred.

Skills Knowledge And Abilities

Electrical and instrumentation systems troubleshooting and maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret schematics wiring diagrams P&IDs loop drawings technical manuals and ladder logic.
Ability to assemble troubleshoot and repair complex automated machines.
Familiarity with PLCs VFDs sensors transmitters and control loops.
Strong mechanical and electrical skills including electromechanical assemblies.
