Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead Data Engineering with strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake-based cloud data warehousing and modern ELT development using dbt (Core or Cloud) with deep proficiency in advanced SQL dimensional modeling (Kimball/Data Vault) incremental and snapshot strategies performance tuning and cost optimization in Snowflake. The candidate must have experience designing scalable production-grade ELT pipelines implementing CI/CD for dbt integrating orchestration tools and enforcing data quality through automated testing and observability frameworks. Strong understanding of cloud platforms and security in Snowflake version control (Git) and DevOps-driven deployment practices is required along with demonstrated experience leading technical design reviews and mentoring data engineering teams and work in onsite-offshore model mentoring the offshore members to drive delivery.
