Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ECC & SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling (FICO) Architect to solution manage design implementation and governance of finance and controlling processes The FICO Architect will play a key role in harmonizing global financial processes ensuring compliance with American statutory audit and regulatory standards including FDA SOX and other financial reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead ECC & SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling solution design configuration and process alignment.
Translate global and regional finance accounting and cost management requirements into optimized SAP solutions.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance statutory accounting and audit standards (FDA SOX IFRS).
Drive standardization of financial processes across entities and geographies.
Collaborate with business tax and audit teams to define control frameworks and financial reporting structures.
Support integration with Procurement Manufacturing Sales and Project Systems for end-to-end financial visibility.
Coordinate with Customer stakeholders and offshore teams for solution delivery and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

12 15 years of SAP Finance & Controlling experience including S/4HANA Finance (Central Finance experience preferred).
Deep functional expertise in General Ledger Accounts Payable/Receivable Asset Accounting Cost Center/Profit Center Accounting Product Costing and COPA.
Strong understanding of financial compliance frameworks SOX FDA and IFRS.
Experience in multi-entity multi-country environments within manufacturing or healthcare industries.
Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferably MBA Finance or CA
SAP Certified in S/4HANA Finance or Management Accounting.
Experience with Central Finance Group Reporting or Treasury modules.
Exposure to multinational rollouts.
