Responsibilities:
Looking for expert role on SAP Sales & Distribution who drives the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process overseeing configuration design and implementation within SAP ECC

Candidate should have experience in support projects in handling tickets minor changes and major changes & Upgrade projects
Should have good exposure in working projects with respect to Change management
Define design and experience in configuration SD process order processing pricing procedures shipping and billing.
Analyze document and improve business processes (e.g. OTC) to enhance system functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams particularly Finance (FI/CO) Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP)
Create test plans oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage system cutover activities
Provide technical guidance to functional teams and manage deliveries
Contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel
Engage in client discussions and provide end to end solution on the requirement
