Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as a finance partner supporting Purchasing organization.
- Execute month-end closing activities and support financial reporting requirements.
- Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes for Purchasing results.
- Participate in regular meetings with Finance and Purchasing teams to review performance and align on priorities.
- Provide support to regional Purchasing Finance team members as needed.
- Perform financial analyses and provide insights to help the Purchasing team achieve its financial objectives.
- Engage in special projects and adhoc initiatives as assigned.
- Utilize systems including SAP BI Enterproj CS Plan SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel tools.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing reporting tools files and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience working with large datasets.
- Excellent analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Experience with or willingness to learn Power Query for performance reporting (not a must).
- Highly motivated selfstarter with strong accountability and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
