About the Opportunity

Following a recent restructure of our Support Services team we are excited to introduce a newly created leadership role:Guest Services Manager.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to oversee ourEnvironmental (Guest Services)team this role is critical in leadership of our non-clinical Cleaning Waste and Linen services whilst delivering a high standard of service to our patients staff and guests.

This is a substantive operational leadership role with approximately 55 direct reports working across a continuous 7day roster.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Finance & Corporate Services you will:

• Lead and manage the Guest Services (Environmental) team of 55 staff across 24/7 operations
• Train mentor and upskill both new and existing team members
• Manage roster development and workforce scheduling
• Monitor and manage departmental budgets and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with OHS infection prevention and control standards
• Foster a positive collaborative and servicefocused team culture
