Intern IT SupportService Desk

Koniag Government Services is looking for an IT Support/Service Desk Intern to support our IT team. Internship Responsibilities1. Enterprise IT Operations ExposureSupport enterprise Service Desk operations through ticket documentation workflow tracking and user support with onboarding and offboarding workflows including account provisioning in troubleshooting Microsoft 365 user issues under IT staff with system health monitoring and operational reporting.2. Cloud and Microsoft Ecosystem SupportAssist with Microsoft Entra ID administrative documentation and access Azure Virtual Desktop (VDI) operational tasks including usage monitoring and user experience with SharePoint and OneDrive data organization Microsoft licensing inventory and reporting activities.3. Digital Transformation and AI EnablementAssist leadership teams with research on AI tools and enterprise automation Power Platform automation initiatives including workflow documentation and in pilot programs evaluating emerging SaaS technology research briefs supporting executive decision-making.4. Enterprise Application Lifecycle SupportAssist with SaaS upgrade planning and execution Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing with validation of application configuration and deployment in documenting lessons learned following system implementations.5.
