Job Summary
At Chick-fil-A Madison Street leadership means serving others first and creating an environment where both guests and team members feel welcomed and supported. We are seeking a Supervisor who fits our culture someone who leads with positivity takes ownership during a shift and ensures the restaurant operates efficiently and safely. Supervisors play a key role in ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly by overseeing shifts coaching team members managing cash procedures and maintaining the welcoming atmosphere Chick-fil-A is known for. This role also includes opening/closing the store making sure all procedures are completed accurately and the team is set up for success
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee restaurant operations during shifts and ensure smooth execution.
- Open and close the restaurant following established procedures.
- Count and verify cash drawers and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Coach and support Team Leaders and Team Members throughout the shift.
- Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both guests and team members.
- Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
- Ensure team members follow operational procedures and brand standards.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness food safety and overall guest experience.
- Communicate effectively with leadership regarding shift performance and team needs.
- Lead by example in hospitality work ethic and teamwork.
- Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
- Strictly adheres to all company policies and procedures.
