• Schedule: Monday Wednesday Friday

Weekly Gross Pay: $1100 $1200 (Based on Experience)

Position Overview

A healthcare facility in Morristown VT is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care in a Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Outpatient Program. The RN will be responsible for evaluating patients assisting with rehabilitation treatments and supporting recovery for individuals with cardiopulmonary conditions.

The ideal candidate will have prior cardiopulmonary rehabilitation experience and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for individuals enrolled in the cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program.

• Assist in the evaluation and treatment planning for outpatient rehabilitation patients.

• Monitor patient vital signs physical responses and progress during rehabilitation activities.

• Support patients through cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation exercises and recovery programs.

• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications exercise techniques and disease management.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress records.

• Collaborate with physicians therapists and rehabilitation specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.

• Follow all clinical protocols patient safety standards and facility policies.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License Vermont or Compact State License

• Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Experience Required
