Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee Supply Chain!

In this role Lead and execute the reconstruction reconciliation and regularization of the information corresponding to Annex 24 and Annex 30 ensuring traceability accuracy and compliance with the obligations established by the Mexican customs authority.

Responsibilities

Reconstruction of Annex 24: - Integrate and refine the historical database of temporary import inventories. - Upload correct and validate customs declarations invoices BOMs shipments and consumption.

Align inventory with actual operations. Reconstruction and Reconciliation of Annex 30:

Reconcile theoretical balances with Annex 24.

Validate discharges returns and transfers. Analysis and Regularization: - Detect discrepancies and documentary errors.

Manage customs declaration corrections and inventory adjustments. Documentation and Internal Control: - Maintain complete files and progress reports.

Interdepartmental Coordination: - Collaborate with accounting production logistics purchasing and systems.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Foreign Trade International Business Logistics or related field.

Experience: 3 to 5 years in IMMEX Annex 24/30 inventories or customs audits.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Analysis detail organization and effective communication.
