Manager, Procurement & Supply Chain

About the Role

The Manager Procurement & Supply Chain will lead planning and procurement functions to ensure seamless alignment between demand supply and sourcing strategies. This role drives optimization of material flow supplier performance and inventory management to support long-term production plans. The person in this role will build a resilient and agile supply network that adapts to changing business conditions while advancing efficiency cost competitiveness and overall supply chain performance through continuous improvement.

Youll Make a Difference By

• Being agile flexible and sensitive to change and rapidly responding to guarantee OTD under different business needs and constraints
• Leading the team to work differently on shortening LT and utilizing the product life cycle driving continuous improvement of streamlined processes
• Monitoring and managing capacity and monthly buy and forecast processes
• Developing and implementing network optimization strategies to ensure all SCs are at the right locations with sufficient capacity and minimal logistics cost
• Working closely with vendors suppliers and cross-functional teams locally and at headquarters monitoring and managing suppliers performance and ensuring compliance with local laws
• Advancing data management system implementation and enhancing the level of data automation and data transparency

• Cultivating the team and developing diverse talent skills and competencies
• Assisting with other responsibilities based on business needs

About You

• Solid supply chain management experience in footwear industry with 10Y experience of team management Footwear manufacturing and footwear product knowledge is preferred
• Data analytical skill power user of Windows Microsoft Word and Office and etc.
• Fluent in oral and written English
• Proven strategic agility and a solid background of consistently delivering high-impact results for the business.
• Strong decision-making skills in the face of limited information and limited time
• Proven team leadership skills across a matrix organization and influence the work team and partners.
• Strong communication skills lean and strategy and change mindset.
• Superior analytical problem solving skills with an ability to anticipate both strategic and operational issues and recommend solutions.
