WHO YOULL WORK WITH
The People Solutions Consultant works in close partnership with HR teammates and business leaders across France and Europe. Reporting to the People Solutions Director for France this role supports people managers across both corporate and retail teams including a small number of Frenchspeaking store teams in Belgium when needed. The consultant collaborates with European HQ People Solutions teams Centres of Expertise and regional peers to deliver HR programs share best practices and represent the needs of Nike teammates across Retail and Corporate environments.
WHO WERE LOOKING FOR
Nike is looking for an experienced practical and solutionfocused HR professional to support teammates in France from our Paris office. This role is key to delivering a consistent highquality teammate experience across retail and corporate teams. The ideal candidate thrives in fastpaced environments brings strong HR expertise and can navigate employee matters with empathy sound judgment and operational clarity.
They communicate clearly build trust quickly and enjoy solving problems while continuously improving the teammate experience. A successful candidate brings strong knowledge of French employment law confidence managing a large volume of varied HR cases and the ability to partner effectively across international and crossfunctional teams.
You bring:
Proven experience managing highvolume HR cases in a complex environment
Background in dynamic or operational settings; retail experience is a strong plus
Solid knowledge of HR processes policies and practices across the employee lifecycle
Strong understanding of French employment law and regulatory obligations
Excellent communication stakeholder management and customer service skills.
WHAT YOULL WORK ON
Youll deliver daytoday HR consulting and case management partnering closely with people managers employees and HR teams to resolve a wide range of employee topics. Youll use your expertise to provide clear practical guidance while helping refine processes and support local HR initiatives.
In this role you will:
Manage and resolve a high volume of HR queries across retail and corporate teams
Coach managers and employees on topics including employee relations performance and development
Support compensation and benefits inquiries with clarity and accuracy
Guide teams on absence management wellbeing topics and policy application
Advise on DEIrelated matters and support local legal and regulatory compliance
Use Workday and ServiceNow to manage cases document actions and identify trends
Contribute to HR initiatives and process improvements that enhance the teammate experience
