Role Overview

The UI/UX Developer is responsible for designing and developing intuitive user-centric digital experiences for web and mobile applications. This role combines strong user experience design capabilities with front-end development expertise. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to deliver highly usable visually engaging and scalable applications while ensuring consistency performance and accessibility across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design

Design intuitive visually appealing and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Create wireframes mockups prototypes and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.

Maintain design consistency through design systems and reusable UI components.

Ensure adherence to branding guidelines usability principles and accessibility standards.

User Experience

Conduct user research usability testing and user journey mapping to understand user behavior.

Analyze feedback and product usage data to improve overall user experience.

Simplify complex workflows to enhance usability and efficiency.

Continuously optimize interface design based on user insights and analytics.

Front-End Development

Implement UI designs using HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript.

Develop responsive mobile-friendly interfaces compatible across browsers and devices.

Build and maintain front-end applications using modern frameworks such as React Angular or .

Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.

Collaboration & Delivery

Work closely with product managers developers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups and design reviews.

Ensure UI components are scalable high-performing and maintainable.

Contribute to design documentation style guides and development standards.

Required Skills & Experience

57 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.

Strong understanding of UX principles user-centered design and usability standards.

Expertise in wireframing prototyping and interaction design.

Strong proficiency in HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript.

Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React Angular or .

Experience in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with design tools such as Figma Adobe XD or Sketch.
