Now lets discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fevers mission.
The Role:
- Understand our business our technology and our teams in order to take part in Fever internal development projects.
- Understand business processes and design test and continuously improve our Salesforce CRM-based solutions to meet the business requirements.
- Define and implement Salesforce CRM-based solutions from functional configuration to Flow Apex and Lightning Web Component development
- Deploy metadata between Sandboxes and Production environments with DevOps
- Display strong presentation organizational and executional skills.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across different departments: Sales Marketing Legal Engineering Data and more.
Who You Are:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Work proficiency in English
- 2 years of relevant development experience in Salesforce Platform
- Experience in Salesforce configuration including Flows Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Proven experience with Salesforce-based deployments
- Experience in Google Sheets / AppScript development
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
- Proven experience managing ambiguity complexity and interdependencies within a product development cycle
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion
- Curiosity and desire to learn with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies
- High sense of ownership urgency and drive in a fast-pace environment
