At Galderma were on a mission to become the leading dermatology company in the world.

We are looking for a Paralegal Contract Coordinator to join our Contract Management team within the Legal & Compliance Department. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global legal function contribute to impactful projects and develop your skills in contract management legal operations and stakeholder engagement.

What Youll Do: Under the supervision of the Legal Counsel Lead Contract Manager:

  • Administer the Global Contract Repository and contribute to contract lifecycle management tools and systems.
  • Assist in the organization and delivery of training sessions on contract management practices.
  • Help prepare training materials and awareness campaigns for internal stakeholders.
  • Support the creation administration and maintenance of standard contract templates negotiation playbooks and our knowledge management platform.
  • Collaborate with the Legal Counsel Lead Contract Manager to develop update or implement policies and processes.
  • Any other task related to contract management as delegated by the Legal counsel Lead Contract Manager

What Were Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Law degree (Bachelor or Master level).
  • Strong interest in contract law legal operations or compliance.
  • Advanced English proficiency with excellent drafting and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage tasks in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
  • Quick learner flexible and comfortable with change.
  • Team player with confidence to speak up and share ideas respectfully.
  • Appreciation for diversity and ability to work effectively in a multinational setting.
  • Curious accountable and result-oriented with a personal drive to meet commitments.
  • A passion for technology especially legal tech and contract management tools.
